Gunday Movie Reviews From All Film Critics

Film Critic Komal Nahata say about Gunday that the story offers little novelty as it follows the tried and tested path of two bosom pals falling in love with the same girl, falling out with each other because of that, etc. His screenplay is replete with scenes one has seen in the films of the 1970s and 1980s. On the whole, Gunday is an ordinary fare with two aspects going hugely in its favour – very good music and the flying start it has taken. It will, therefore, prove to be a comfortably paying proposal for all concerned.

Gunday Movie Cast-Crew Details

Mohar Basu from says, ‘Despite Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor’s camaraderie living up to the expected measure of outstanding and Priyanka looking every bit heavenly as Nandita, the screenplay is plagued with predictability. Gunday is not a bad film but falls miles short of what was expected of it. It is Irrfan Khan’s hypnotic cameo which works off the sole whiff for magic for this clumsy film that indulges in superfluities more than substance. A sexy show gone dull but nevertheless deserves to be watched for the oomph show and bombastic dialogues that have gone missing from films now-a-days.’
